Premature ejaculation (PE) is defined as ejaculation occurring without control, on or shortly after vaginal penetration and before the person wishes it. Negative consequences of PE include noticeable personal distress, such as frustration, depression and low self-esteem, as well as relationship difficulties. 3. Oral medication: There is an on-demand, oral medication that is approved for the treatment of premature ejaculation in men between 18-64 years of age.
