3-Step routine:

1. Cleanse: Wet hair and gently massage shampoo into scalp for at least one minute. Leave in for 3 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.

2. Thicken: Apply conditioner to scalp, roots and ends of hair. Leave on for 1-3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

3. Treat: Apply 6 sprays or more daily depending on size of affected area. Apply directly onto cleansed scalp and use fingers to massage for better absorption.
