4-Step regime to help hair loss:

1. Cleanse: Wet hair and gently massage shampoo into scalp for at least one minute. Leave in for 3 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.

2. Thicken: Apply conditioner to scalp, roots and ends of hair. Leave on for 1-3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

3. Improve Circulation: On dry hair, roll Dermaroller over cleansed scalp in the direction of the hair lightly. Roll three to four times across all directions of targeted areas. Use twice a week.

4. Treat: Apply 6 sprays or more daily depending on size of affected area. Apply directly onto cleansed scalp and use fingers to massage for better absorption.
